Return Policy. How do I make a return? To make a return submit your return request herewith your email address and order number. How many days do I have to make a return? You have 03 days from the delivery date to submit your return request. What items are returnable? Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 07 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
